Calls are directed through the cloudATTENDANT and routed to the appropriate phones. Voicemails are stored on cellular phones. Bring your own phones, or order AT&T or Sprint services from us.
We offer Basic and Advanced auto-attendants. Record your own messages or use a professional male or female voice for up to 8 custom greetings. You can order additional messages if needed.
This option is perfect for small businesses and non-profits. It offers one layer of IVR, as in the following example.
