Reporting on the status of Appia’s network


 

Network Status

 

1:10 PM CT  –  Inbound and outbound calls to/from numbers on Metaswitch are intermittently failing with a busy signal.   Appia Engineering is investigating.

2:15 PM CT – Engineering continues efforts, but inbound and outbound calls are completing at this time.  Access to User Portal is currently unavailable due to this event and is being investigated.

4:00 PM CT  – Appia Engineering continues repair efforts.  Some customers are still experiencing intermittent inbound/outbound call failure.

5:00 PM CT – Some customers are still encountering intermittent call failures.  Appia Engineering does not yet have an estimated time to repair but is engaged on the issue.

5:45 PM CT – Appia Engineering has updated – the problem is resolved at this time. Please test incoming & outgoing calls and notify Appia Support, at support@appiaservices.com or 877-277-4297 opt 3, if you still experience any issues.
